Unique Lady tries hard to keep our dresses affordable without sacrificing quality. 

Our prom dresses range from $300 - $1500.

Our bridal gowns are as low as $300 -$4000.

Try-On Policy 

When you visit our store you can try on as many dresses as you wish. All we ask is that you have on all of your undergarments when trying on the dresses. 

Same Style Prom Policy

We understand how important it is to be unique, especially during prom.  This is why only sell one style dress per school.

 
Alterations 

Alterations must be accompanied with an appointment . This is mandatory. For brides and bridesmaids, the first fittings you must bring the shoes and undergarments that you are wearing to the wedding.

Prom girls must wear the shoes that they are wearing to their prom.

By having these items on, our seamstress are able to properly alter your dress.  

Shopping 

Unique Lady is an authorized retailer for ALL designers on our website.  All dresses will be shipped in the original packaging with authenticity tags attached. Beware of cheap imitation dresses for much lower cost. All of our stock come directly from the manufacturer to guarantee a genuine product for your money.  We offer a "Price Match Guarantee" if you find the same dress for a lower price within two weeks we will discount your dress to that price (authorized retailers only). We request that customers enter a wear-date upon checkout.

Shipping 

Unique Lady is offering FREE shipping. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for shipping, 3 to 5 day shipping is available for an additional charge and 10 to 12 weeks for Bridesmaids and Wedding Gowns.

Cancellations and Returns 

We recommend all customers get measured properly before ordering dresses. Please follow the guidelines of the size chart for the company of your choice.  All companies have different sizes.  All local customers may come in for the proper measurements. All merchandise purchased online are considered special order. There will be no returns or exchanges. All cancellations must be made within 24 hours. We will call to confirm order. If we are unable to reach you within 24 hours we will proceed with the order.
